Driven by her son’s service in the Marine Corps, Dr. Brandan became acutely aware of the profound impact of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) on our brave service men and women. Witnessing the limitations of current available medical treatments, she dedicated herself to studying alternative approaches that could offer more effective solutions. Her research has focused not only on PTSD but also on mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addictions, chronic depression, and more.
Through her extensive investigations, Dr. Brandan discovered that Psychedelic Assisted Therapy provides consistently superior results compared to traditional therapies alone. Recognizing the immense potential of ketamine as a catalyst for healing, she pursued specialized training and obtained certification as a Ketamine Provider in 2021.
To honor the profound healing qualities associated with her work, Dr. Brandan chose to name our wellness center AirMed, after the Irish mythological goddess of healing. This name reflects our commitment to providing transformative and comprehensive care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
At AirMed, we offer a sanctuary of hope and healing, where individuals can find solace and embark on a journey towards improved mental well-being. With Dr. Brandan’s expertise and our compassionate team, we strive to deliver exceptional care, combining the power of ketamine therapy with personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
